Chainring clearance ? Help !

Guys, Putting together a new Crankset for the P7.FSA Power Pro cranks and 24/36/44t c/rings. gap between granny and middle ring is approx' 8mm but only 5mm between middle (FSA ) and outer ring (RACEFACE ). Is that right, looks a bit tight to me. All advice appreciated. :? Cheers, GAZ.

try it and if it's not right put some thin washers behind the rings to get the spacings right.
