Go on, there has got to be a government department one can complain to for wasting resources.

It's a totally sensible and worthwhile point but it reinforces the image I have developed of you after reading many of your posts on here. An image that sees you living in a chalet in the woods wearing a tin foil hat and sleeping in a Faraday cage.... sorry
