I've ordered from them twice, and twice they've got it wrong.
First time, I bought five chainring bolts, and they sent out four. I called, and they posted them both out, the missing one was with me in the morning.
Second time, I bought six tyres, and they sent 4 incorrect ones.
I phoned them up, and they asked me to send them back. I said I wouldn't, because it would mean I'd have to walk a couple of miles with them to get them to the post office or pay for a taxi, so they offered me a £5 gift voucher. I said my time was worth more than £5. They then said "Fine, how about a £10 voucher?". I said no. They then said to keep the tyres, and that they'd send the right ones free of charge, which arrived this morning.
Give them a call, they're reasonable people so long as you don't lose your temper.

I thought that you were trade but was not certain. The lure of cheapness made you wander into soggy component territory. Tut.

When Cannondale King can get cheaper at CRC than his Trade price you know theres gotta be something worng

I bought one of these from CRC

Braze On - Check
Black - Oh no, it's silver.

Now even a trained monkey can tell the difference between a black mech and a silver mech - surely? Even the sticker on the clear plastic bag it was in said black. :roll:

However, as it was only £7.50 and the colour wasn't particularly important, I've kept it. It says a lot for their standards these days though .

i know how the fubar did they not see that my two 105 calipers where both front not front and rear does make you wonder what paddy dim wit they have this week from the agency or on work placment from school :roll: :roll: :roll: :roll:


they did have high standards once long long ago on a server far far away

yeah the bolts to long but iv'e given up and shortended the bolt not a great way to do it but it works :cry: :cry:
