hi guys and girls i brought some more bits from crc as usual but this time fround the bits i wanted in the flood sale so i brought some shimano 5600 105 brakes in silver a front and rear pair was on offer for £35 so i snapped it up on opening the order i noticed that there was two fronts i ask for a returns number for the spare front and got this message first

so i asked if i could have returns number again and an address this time i got this
Hi there,
Just to inform you that unfortunately we will need you to send us both of the brakes back as we have none of the Flood versions left and we will be unable to send one of the new rear brakes form the non-Flood stock as these are not reduced to the same price.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused due to this.

so if i make a mistake with someones order who spends loads with my company i only let them have there money back instead of doing the right thing and offering to replace the calliper even though it was my mistake and not the customers :roll: :roll: :x :x :x
am i wrong in thinking that this is taking the pi55 a little :shock:
