Designed to use with either 24 or 26in rear wheel... two sets of canti bosses as well as disc brake bracket. Eccentric BB allows BB height adjustment and chain tension adjustment for single gear use.
Based on the Carver 96. Could be run 29 front 26 rear, or 26 front 24 rear, or 26 front and rear depending on fork length used.
