Carnac UCS3 sole Insert for LOOK Pedals

Help - anyone have a pair of insert for LOOK pedals of a pair of CARNAC road cycling shoes with UCS3 sole.

I am looking for them to make a ride out in corresponding ONCE outfit (incl. Carnac shoes) with my 1995s
ONCE yellow LOOK KG 171

Dutch Team TVM-Sanyo Jersey is also still wanted.
