Anyone have any idea of what model it might be? And its vintage? I'm still really umming-and-aarrring over how to build her up. Whats the feeling about the bits I linked too above?

The forks resemble the ones I saw fitted on a Claud Butler Minstrel frame once, circa 1978/1979. Never heard of any relation 'tween the companies, though.

Some parts speak early 80's to me.
