Carlton Grand Prix

Hi guys,

What do you make of this carlton grand prix? I don't know much about road bikes. It doesn't have a reynolds 501 or 531 frame, I'm not sure what it has since the sticker isn't there.

Is it worth paying £120/30 and £28 postage?


The Bike:

1970's Raleigh Carlton Grand Prix Racing Road Bike

Rear carrier, full mud guards, pump and lock

New Michelin tyres and newly taped handle bars

Original Raleigh levers and deraileurs

Original Raleigh Weinmann brakes and levers.

Front and rear lights

10 Speed

for like £80 so I'm not so sure now.

Very much of its time. Nice to see all the same though.

Worthy of a purchase for that price Spokesmann, or is it probably better to get something a little better for the same price range.

Nice bike nonetheless, good condition.
