I got a pair of vintage XTR hubs w/ Titanium Spokes and Mavic Ceramic 217 rims. I run them fairly hard and they have not needed to be trued since they were purchased new 10 years ago. Have not broken any spokes either...then again I run them on a full suspension bike.
Also had some Spinergy Spox for a while but truing was very tricky, bearings were junk, replacement spokes were expensive and the rear hub was prone to breaking along that nice non-drive side CNC flange...They also tend to be a bit flexy since the spoke material "absorbs" some of the impacts. They look cool, but I wouldn't buy them again. Here's a picture of them...
