In France. Before they named them STS. Only seen one other of these in the flesh and I owned it. Interesting bike, if it was my size I'd be giving that BIN some serious thought.

I have one of those. Found it on Ebay about 4-5 months ago. White hubs, Ti spokes, love levers, avid ultimate brakes, ti bottom bracket and XTR shifters and mechs. Got it for $525 delivered. Absolute steal.
