Measurements:
Bb centre to top of seat clamp - 19.5"
Seattube clamp top centre to top hs cup centre - 21.75/22" (beat in mind this doesn't account for headtube/seattube angles so don't know what the effective toptube measurement is, but that would also differ depending on the fork a-c

Yes found this info from the Cannondale catalog but does not mean a lot , i'am 6'2" -32" inside leg , so should use 19"/large frame the only large i ride is a Cannondale F700 with USE SUB fork , all my other bikes ( gt zaskar , pro-flex and two dela v's ) are 18" , so this is why i'am asking for your size , i see you built the frame up and rode it ?
