This looks used but only barely so - dropouts show clamp marks, and the threads show a mark from a washer-tab; see pics. Has paint nicks etcetera from storage.
The crown race seat measures 33.05 mm dia, the steerer tube is 31.71 mm, and it is 181.5 mm from race seat to the top. Despite the name, it weighs 490g. Locknut spacing is 100mm.
