Cannondale SM600? possible sale ?

Hi all cannondale boffins,,

I purchased a cannondale , think its a SM600 caad3 frame, I have altered the kit to suit the terrain around my neck of the woods,and my current cravings, and on the second time of ridding the bike, I have deceided that its really too small, as much as I like the bike its too small..

So I am going to sell it , now because I have non retro parts on it, any idea what you think it would be worth ?

Caad3 Frame/Headshok fork *Needs service* (Frame is Mint Cond)
Pearl Colour blue/green/purple, changes with light against frame.

well lets have a picture, i payed £150 for my sm 800 competion series with the speckled green paint, ( check it out in my gallery ) it had a load of original parts on it, suntour pro front mech, xt rear mech, ritchey stem, lx hubs on araya rims, 1" xt headset, i reakon the frame was worth £ 50 - £ 100 but it depends on the condition, the size, the colour and how much someone wants it, i really like the old sm range they dont come up that often but dont seem to fetch the money that they are worth in my opinion,

I think most Cannondales are a bargain for what you get. I got an M500 frame for £36 - it's 22" c-t (my size ) and only weighs 1500gms!!

After diggin around a little I think the complete bike is worth around £ 600.00.. have posted the frame and forks for sale, as the rest of the bits I can keep for next project..

its nice ! but i can tell you its way to modern to be an sm ! i think they stopped doing the sm range in 91, dont quote me on that but it was around that time.

err not sure, but have a look in the gallery and archive and look through the back catalogues, im sure you will find it in them.

I reckon that to be around 1999. Caad 3 put's it about there and there was an F900 of that year that had a paintjob very similar to yours called 'Purpleen' (Green and purple flip. Was absolutely lovely and v brake too.

Also, can't see from your pic but is there a kind of scetched outline to the Cannondale logo? If so, it's that year IIRC.

And it'll be an F600 not SM. Lovely frame though. Could even be tempted myself!

What are it's measurements?

seat Tube C-C & C-T and top tube 'actual length along the tube?
