Just started today. I need to nit some bit but i cant resist. I bought the frame sadly without its original pepperoni, but luckily I found one in Kleinanzeigen, but polished. I bought It thinking on a repaint. Or installing a Manitou I i have Also on 1-1/4".
1.-Once assembled my doubts are in keeping the fork as It is. I like It, and pilishing is good. What do you think ?
2.- I must use a nice polished crankset with new decals, or a líder one but quite nice original decals.
3.- I like a lot flite seats, but i think he deserves a Turbo. Dont you think?
4 Because I've to many bikes, i Will use my Almega wheels ATM.
5.- I have no hardware for Force40 brakes. Would you try It? They seemed inefectives .
Please, feedback

Nice looking bike, I have a Beast of the East M800 in orange splatter wincluding the Pepperoni forks but I think yours looks quite distinctive with the polished ones.
I also picked up an M2000 frame put with a Manitou so I am looking to build that up soon.

The polished fork is nice! Just get Pepperoni decals on it and it’ll look even cooler. I like the F40+ system. It just needs some patience in adjusting, and to strictly follow the instructions. Turbo or Vetta TT would be good option for saddle, a bit older look than Flite.
