i walked into a favourite bike shop today, which i regularly shuffle round to persuade myself i don't need a new bike. all the latest machines lined up sweetly. i passed by all the winter kit and lights and was just about to leave when my eye caught something which made my heart beat a little faster. Standing there in all its rigid glory amongst the rows of boing was a spotless,
like it had just come out of the box killer v900. the owner had bought it new in '94 and used it very little since. complete with magazine review brochure and original receipt it is like new. blue and silver with a mix of xt and lx. owner took it back to the shop he purchased from to sell, though they don't deal with cannondales anymore.
.....very happy i snapped up a bargain.
