cannondale jekyll hose guide issues...help!

Tape should work and if done neatly could look ok, no idea how long it would stay like that for though.
What about getting some heatshrink as used on electrical connections? Cut to length, slide to where you need it, then gentle heat with heat gun or hairdryer, should stay put ok.

I had considered the heatshrink method but it will mean bleeding the brakes again (which being Avid's is a right faff!).

Luckily Loxy off here has come to the rescue with some spare ones he had off an old cannondale. 8)
