cane creek direct curve levers
xtr chainset (not pictured)
mavic 221 on deore hubs
fatty ultra fork (serviced Jan 12 and not used much since)
Usual marks and rub but rides spot on and really smooth

£350, may swap for xc full suspension bike (my back hurts )
