cannondale badboy any good?

They do come in a little on the hefty side due to the OE parts being naf, but after a few mods you should easily be able to loose some fat. I've got mine down to 23lbs which isn't bad considering the weight of the rear Alfine hub

Cannondale had problems with the inside cable routing as vast amounts of water was finding its way into the frame so they switched to external routing in '08 IIRC.

am considering ditching the front mech, shifter and chainrings so i can buy a single middleburn 44t chainring along with a rear 10 speed conversion which should shed more weight and bring in some nice upgrades at the same time.

I love the forks on yours... reminds me of the old Pepperoni forks; nice n' chunky. Have you considered going single speed? That really would help loose weight. I thought about it.... I might give it a try when the rear hub packs up.

ohh and pepperoni forks..
look at my old cannondale,i think this had them fitted...
