Is the billy 19" centre to top? Am very tempted and could collect

The Billy is 20" centre to top but only 16-1/2 c to c of the toptube giving it a 29-1/2 standover height. and |I can deliver as I work in Chester

Ok guys ,I dont know guite how to put this,but here goes I've been ordered by senior management to stop and think about this as last night I was selling up and giving up on the whole RB,Thing so at the moment I am withdrawing them from for sale.I would like to apologise to all for messing you about ,but if I do change my mind Dr S has first refusal on the SaB.
