Can you give me your opinion on this Manitou HT dent

I just found this bike for sale for $500 but this dent has me a little worried.
What do you guys think about this?

There is a frame on here. Linnk I think is selling it. Better price and the frame looks bloody nice.

On a frame with tubes that thin. That kind of dent is a new seat stay job only.
