Can you date my cinelli

Bit modern I know,can anyone give me any info about this bike,tried the usual but not much info about. Bike has 1inch steerer and can't find a frame number anywhere. Only thing stamped on bb shell is L which I assume is the size.There is a sticker on the back of the seat tube,a cinelli logo with 2183 in it. Is this the frame number. Bike came with full 7800 except for chainset which is 7700. Any info appreciated.

Thanks for replying,the only 2006 models I've seen have a carbon rear end,this has aluminium stays. Also the 1" steerer would suggest earlier?
