can we start a ebay bidders to be aware of list?

hes messing me around on a purchase just wondered if he made a habit of this seems tobuy a lot of retro bits.



edit: hes telling me hes definately not buying!
just wondered if we could start a bad bidder and seller list it will stop people getting burnt!

well he asked lots of questions every reply i gave was good and he was happy so he put an offer in on my item £80 less than the buy now but hes got good feedback so i thought what the hell! then he asked a few more que's got more responses to his liking! last thing i got was an email saying ive just been offered the same item for £100 unless you can match it im not buying! ive just about had enough if this crap on ebay ive got his address if he doesnt pay ill be calling round and performing my own COD service! He buys so much retro stuff id be suprized if he hasnt been on here!
