Lets hope Sunday's ride is a little better.....

Mrs GT has just picked my wheel up from LBS, £27 to repair so not too bad. And when I asked to get a new dirtbag, have been told mother in law has got me one for Christmas

Ah don't you just love a happy ending :D

I'm still trying to get my front mechs to work correctly. I think they are in league with each other. As one still rubs when in the climb gears while the other bikes rubs when in the down hill gears :(

That happened to one of my old bikes. The simple solution was to remove the front mech, and if you needed to change chain ring change it with your fingers. It did involve a bit of forward planning though.

never got onto my ride today... mate rang to say ill... my one day before christmas doesn't happen...

Gutted :(

I got in a nice solo XC ride today, bit muddy mind.
Yesterday the ground was solid, but today all the ice had melted so nice and sticky!! Cant see the Avalanche at the mo, its covered in mud (but was too cold for me to face cleaning it when I got home  ).
