Can bomber forks be swapped over??

by the looks of the diagram it' just looks like a dial for some adjustment. a spanner will probably work.

What you doing wit t Z5's
they 80 (KONA verison) or 100mm standard version ?
(from the manual the Kona bit btw)

The z5 are a 100mm I was told when I bought them. Going to sell them hopefully if I can get the z2's work that is.
