Can anyone save my MCM1 from the skip?

I would simply pop it into your local bike shop..the amount shouldn't be more than 15-20 quid and let them do it

i worked in bike shop for many years mate and came across that problem many times, only way is to bolt the bike down and get a hammer a chissel to work,and lots of oil,afew good taps in the correct direction should start it moving
