Can anyone identify what kind of headset this is/i need!

as title really need a new one and dont know what to look for!

is it perspective that is making that headtube look some what conical in shape or is it ?

if it is just perspective measure the diameter of the steerer (guessing 1 1/8" by the headtube)

in which case any 1 1/8" A headset will do.

The bolt on the stem means it's more than likely an a-head rather than a quill stem, and the lack of any flat sides or a lock-nut discounts it being a threaded steerer.

In which case any normal a-head style headset should work. It does look look 1 1/8th inch from the photo too.
