Can anyone ID this frame and fork?

Sorry to be the newbie asking for favours and all, but I really don't know what this frame and fork are. I initially thought KHS because the colour nder the white on the fork is pink, but then I was at a party and a dude with a very, very nice collection of Rticheys, Breezers, Fat Chances and a Mantis said he was sure it was a Rtichey, mostly because of the seat cluster.
It takes a 26.8 seat post and has Tange fork tips, Ritchey dropouts, there are two breather holes on the chain stay bridge and the finishing on the fork tips is very similar to the finishing on the chain and seat stay ends at the RD, which makes me think the frame and fork are a match.

I dont really mind what it is, i've never had more fun on any other bike, but I'd like to be able to refer to it as something other than "the white bike".

Here are some pics that I thought might help. I've done them full size incase theres detail that you can see that i wouldnt know about.

Whole bike

Heres the bit that makes me wonder if its not a Ritchey.. .seat stay RD cable routing. Its very nicely brazed.

The Serial number stamped here is 7828 which sounds like a ritchey number from oldmountainbikes.com

and finally, the seat cluster and brake cable stop. I've only seen Ritcheys with a cable guide like this brazed to the other side of the seat stay fillet.
