Can anyone id this crankset?

Got this crankset on a parts bike i picked up can anyone i.d the brand?no other markings just the logo on both arms

Yes, 'Flag' crank, late 80s into early 90s, then there was briefly a version with an 'S' instead of the flag. There is a better version, though I can't remember how you identify it.

Edit: I really like them, though whether they are any stronger/lighter/betterer than a Shimano M730 or period Sakae or Sugino is hard to say really.

I had a Specialized crankset back in the mid 90's. This had the S logo on the crank arm just below the bolt. But otherwise, it does look the same as the one in picture.
 
From Velobase (in the link above):
“These cranks are not the same as the similar-looking version with the lazy-S logo. The flag version were the top, cold-forged model.”
 
Awesome crankset, worth taking a peek at the backside where the crank arm meets the spider – very prone to micro cracks. If you see one, use a round file to carefully file through till solid. Otherwise riding could potentially lead to failure.
