Can anyone help with identifying this frame?

Just a long shot as this frame is fairly generic of the 80's but seems to be nicely built so I hope someone can help in identifying it, matching frame/fork serial numbers 86921, weight is 2.3kg's (Reynolds?) with 27.2 seatpost size, Gipiemme droputs, Prugnat S4 lugs, British b/b thread, the centre brake bolts are brazed onto the frame and forks.........any pointers gratefully received

At first glance similar to a frame I have (but I also don't know what it is !) Last pic is looking up inside the forks.
Sorry it's not very helpful !

Thank you everybody, really helpful. Pro-Am does look favourite, I will have to make a studied comparison when I get time.

Thanks again !
