Can anyone help identify my bike?

Just bought this today. Its metallic red in colour and has got a reynolds 531 sticker, frame number is on the bottom bracket of the frame and starts with an EO (in a diamond shaped box) then 5203.

The guy had owned the bike for 18 years but cant remember the make of it. He has replaced the rear wheel and the handlebars (original bars were Cinelli.
