Whats the maximum size of frame you can fit him on? Perhaps using 24" wheels and brake adaptors,
Im sure theres an adaptor to allow you to offset the brake pivots and use smaller wheels,would i be wrong in this :?

There is usually a number of 16" frames on ebay.Do you know what the smallest adult frame size is for Kona ?
