Can anybody ID this steel frame?

ask for bb lenght , if 73mm it is certainly US as european frame are mostly 68mm.

I think Saracens had front facing seat tube slot...well mine did.

I would have said Saracen due to the canti hanger thingy, also the dropouts look pretty much identical to my Saracen... only thing is, I'm pretty sure that, like mine most Saracens had a forward facing seat clamp.

Anyone else care to venture a guess...

Yeah it looks like a Saracen, it should have the word saracen stamped into the dropouts. I had a 93 (still have) and that has a spaghetti rear brake cable route. The head tube looks like right, but the seat tube says not to me

Saw this and thought Saracen - same dropouts.

Looks nice but the 73mm BB makes me think again :?

just looked at the seat stay and chain stay ends on the schwinn your gave me mate and they look the same,even though alloy
