campy victory jockey wheel replacement alternative any ideas

anyone know what i can replace this with as having trouble locating has 10teeth for use with friction shifters with 6 speed freewheel

Nobody has ever explained to my satisfaction why the number of teeth on jockey wheels is relevant.
And FWIW my Campagnolo Super Record rear mech has Shimano wheels fitted. You have to get really close to the bike when it is not moving to spot them!
