Campaign C-Record saddle clamp

I've been having an issue with my saddle, finding that the seat clamp is shifting and my saddle is pointing its nose to the sky.
Does anyone have a solution (short of buying a nos seat pin and clamp).
I'm wondering if there's an alloy version of carbon paste that I might use?
It's a problem, all my bikes have old C-Record single bolt seatpins

Can you fully tighten the bolt ? or does it spin ? Striped threads!

How long have you had the post ?

Do any of the parts look miss-matched ?

Re:

About 4 years, but all the seatpins are used.
None o f the clamps or posts are mismatched, there must be a solution

Get a Dremel type tool.

Mark out lines with a fine marker pen on the inside of the top & bottom clamping area.

Fit a fine carbon cutting disc to the multi-tool.

Cut in fine equal grooves along the marked lines.

The grooves will clamp on each other resulting in the clamp not shifting.

I've done this on a few posts and works.
