PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION:
Offered for sale: 2009 Veloce 10S full groupset.
[*]Ultratorque 172.5 cranks with bearings.
[*]Ultatorque cups for British threads, standard BB size.
[*]53/39 Chainrings - minimal life left in these - will require changing in the near future.
[*]13 - 26 Cassette - plenty of miles left on this. Pro-Lite lock-ring.
[*]Short Reach Brake Calipers with pads - plenty of life left in pads, some evidence of rust on the rear springs.
[*]Short Cage Rear Derailleur & KCNC jockey wheels - works fine, strong spring. Small scuff on lower body.
[*]Front mech for double chainrings - works fine, strong spring.
[*]10s chain - fairly worn, no chain connecting link.
[*]Ergo Levers - Left - perfectly fine.
- Right - OK going up the cassette, 10 speeds available.
- issues going down the cassette, 8 speeds available.
I think the internal ratchet is worn, so it tends to miss a couple of cogs. It works better when well doused in lubricant but this doesn't always mean all gears are selectable. The action on the downshift is clunky and stiff, basically it doesn't work as it once did!
[*]Red Campagnolo Ergo hoods - not seen much use.
In truth this is ideal for a winter / training bike. It has done a lot of miles, although I've always looked after it and was on a bike stored indoors. Selling as I've upgraded to Athena.
I have tried to give my best description and therefore it is sold as seen / described so text highlighted red is identifying that these parts are worn and either need replacing or repairing.
