I think that'll be one-one-eight, one-one-eight.

SR used a 118mm bolt circle for some of their popular cranks, circa early eighties. Your Apex seems to be the third model along (bottom row) in the 1980 catalogue here:

Actually, having had another look at that catalogue, I think yours must be the Super Apex (SAX 5RG) model. Super Apex cranks are described as "one piece forged", while plain Apex cranks look to have a separate spider swaged on.

To add to the confusion, the Apex and Super Apex ranges both seem to be marked "APEX"!
