Campagnolo Record Hubs

Hey folks, I have a pair of these hubs on Mavic 225 rims. I was planning to use these on a 26inch retro commuter build but I can’t find much information about them anywhere. Anyone know when they’re from? Are they pretty low maintenance/reliable?

I do think they look and feel the part though!

Those are campag 10 speed road hubs. About as good as you can get! Rear spacing is 130mm, so if you want to use them in an MTB then you will need to source a new rear axle in 135mm (and I don't think they exist), or get one made...

Thanks Foz - fortunately have a frame on the way with 130mm spacing, project pics to follow here!

I’ve just been through the catalogs on here (helpful as the Campy website doesn’t seem to work for me). Looks like they changed the record hubs to black in 2007 so these must be pre 2006. Prefer the look of the silver ones if I’m honest

The silver ones are far more elegant to look at
