Needing some spending money for Australia so though i would offer these here first.

They are running straight but come without tubs but price is for front and rear. I have tried to photograph them in their true light and are a great set of vintage wheels.

Campagnolo Record Hubs - Spinning nicey and include QR's
Weltmeister Rims- Tubular and nice and shiny (could of course be more shiny/braking area is good)
SICC Merate 5 speed cassette - great condition

Spokes are in usable condition but the chrome has started to flake so could with replacing for visual purposes but mechanically sound.

£105 posted to anywhere in Blighty or Collection from Godalming/Guildford area

Re: Campagnolo Record Hubs/Weltmeister Rims/SICC Merate Cass

Nice :D and very tempted. I counted 28/28 spokes, is that right? the cogs will be a freewheel and not a cassette. Going to have a hunt for info on the rims, Ron Kit's Milremo stuff was sometimes a bit hit and miss...

If you stick them on eBay make sure and offer them worldwide. It's no more difficult to post and these rims are going to be very attractive to anyone building a 60's classic. You'll be pleasantly surprised by how much you get for em ;)

Re: Campagnolo Record Hubs/Weltmeister Rims/SICC Merate Cass

The rims are definitely 1960's. The straight campagnolo skewers put the hubs in the same era.
I'd think you should be able to get double what you're asking on here if two collectors start going for it. They are quite a rare pair of wheels.
