Campagnolo Nuovo Record hub 40h/ 126mm on Mavic T217 SUP rim - staining on hub shell which might polish off. Complete with correct skewer.
As you can see from the photos, the rim has seen very little use if any, although I reckon that it's been rebuilt at some stage using an older hub:
