Campagnolo bottom bracket - Super record crank

Re:

Nob you have solved a mystery for me!

I bought one of those Tifosi bottom brackets several years ago. It said 111 ISO on it so I thought it would do a Centaur crank, but it put the drive side crank too far out.

I guess it must be for the Record triple cranks.

Looks like it will come in handy after all.

Re:

I have been told by a dealer that there is no modern b.b that will fit the 70/80's campagnolo cranks. That being said Phil Wood seems to do an asymmetric b.b that works.

The options seem to be original but make sure it is the right one.

Phil Wood but it is expensive.

Sell it and get a One23 crank and go modern.

Thanks for all the advice so far.

useful guide for Campag.bottom brackets incl. Super Record.......

When I was building up my Team Pro a few years ago this article became my rosetta stone [Google it if you have no idea what I'm talking about] enabling me to narrow down and minimise the number of bottom brackets I bought on eBay before finding the right one (to about 4 - must sell the other 3 some time).

My 85 record cranks work fine with a shimano un55 bb apparently the jis taper is closest to campags pre ISO taper, I also have the correct 68ss Bb in the loft I can measure the axle tomorrow if that helps?
