Campagnolo band on front mech please ASAP

As per the title i'm looking for a band on double campagnolo front mech.
Would prefer a similar age to go with group (8 speed) but would consider offers. the seat post is 26.4mm so assume the band on will be 26.8mm?

That would equate to tubing thickness of 0.2mm in which case I would be very wary of riding it as it'll snap with more than a twiglet on board
Thinnest Columbus tubing ever was 0.4mm which was for only certain tubing, 0.7/0.8 being very thin in any case for the major tubes.
More likely if it's a steel frame it'll be 28.6 which is the std for older bikes
