campag help please

Need a few ideas about older Campag stuff.
1. got several front mechs. No idea what model. Main clamps are all the same and alloy. Cages are all chromed but some have cutouts and some don't . any ideas of how to identify them?
2. Rear mechs. Got a Super Record. Black piant on front of body and Super Record stamped on back. Is the Pat number the year of manufacture? Aslo got a Nouvo Record . Red paint on the body. Original or just a result of the fashion in those days for painting things red. Surprisingly lighter than above, just by holding.

paint wasn't original on Campy stuff. But it was common practice to do all sorts of stuff to match your bike. This could be filling the flutes of your cranks and seatpost with an accent color to match your bike. Painting derailleur bodies, pantographing, drilling out, etc.

Must admit to a soft spot for those painted fluted seat pins and crazily drilled levers etc.

The black "paint" on the front of the Super Rec rear mech is the original logo. But actual paint of any colour is not original.

There are a couple "exceptions" now that I think about it. ICS did some Super Record parts that were plated gold. Also, there were some blank anodized chainrings at some point. Lastly, for BMX, campy made some chainrings and Nuovo/Super record arms in blue, gold and red.
