Campag Aero Seatpost, Shimano 105, 600 - what's left now on eBay

Re: Basso Frameset, Mavic 500, Shimano 105 etc etc

I will take the frame. Drop me PM with details how we can proceed forward.

Re:

You have to laugh don’t you.
Like Dan (LDP) in his original unedited posting, I am the victim of a seller who is unable to take a simple measurement.
I bought Dan’s wheels before my new (well 1985) frame arrived. The seller described the OLN as 125mm which seemed right for the year. When it arrived it turned out to be 130mm, which is actually what I would have preferred it to be, as I really wanted to build it up with a 10 speed hub in the first place. I am reluctant to use them anyway as the frame is aluminium and I don’t want to stress the rear end.
So I have a pair of beautiful wheels I am not able to use at the moment. The options are to keep them for a future project, which in reality is not likely to happen, I am a self-confessed hoarder, or pass them on to someone who CAN use them.
I was the first to contact Dan regarding buying these wheels but understand there were several others interested, so if one of you would like them let me know.
If none come forward I will either keep them, list them in classified’s here or put them up on eBay.
As keeping them is probably my last option in all honesty it will probably be one of the other.
PM me if interested.

John

That's sad to see but you could always buy another frame to fit
