Calling all you Pace rc300 owners - Help required please

Hello chaps,
I require a little help from all you fellow Pace rc300 owners.
I recently bought a frame and am wanting a few pics of a rc300 built up, with details to decal placement.
I am also wondering about the rear brake hose being fed through the top tube. Best way of feeding it through etc....

Many thanks in advance.

That rear hose is a nightmare....

I took the plastic guides out, threaded them over the hose, then it makes teh hose easier to pass throught the hole in teh frame (rather than the hole in the guide - {in the frane}).

To get the hose through that hole though (in the frame)

Then I tied some fishing wire to the hose (actually made a small hole in the hose wall and tied it through- which is ok because you snip that bit of the hose off after) , put a small weight on the end of it held the frame so the top tube was vertical, and then the weight drops through the tube, once the weight is visible through hole, grab it with needle nose pliers, and pull the hose through.

Be careful with the hose guides, I snapped one when I pushed it back into the frame, they are way expensive from pace....

Oh, and the hose rattles like crazy in teh top tube :-)

Here's mine with original decals which are a bit tatty now, but in the correct position.
I did the same as the chap above regarding the internal cable, I find time, patience, and shouting at it helps.
Well done on getting an RC300 they're lovely to ride and really light. Just about to post mine on lightbikes.com when I get a better pic in xc mode (17.2 lbs 8) ).
Regards T
