Cable hangers, hard to find. Anybody help?

Been on the look out for a cable hanger as i'm planning to use cantilever brakes. I've found a few in the states but with extortionate postage.I'm surprised that such a common part is so hard to find and not stocked at CRC, merlin etc.

I'm ideally looking for a Ritchey Logic 1 1/8" in black or silver to suit the Ritchey threaded headset i'm using, can somebody please help me locate one.

SJS has a synros one which is nice.

SJS have loads of different hangers and the cam thing Kalloy/Tektro and the syncros expensive one.
