Saturday - up slightly hungover at 8am after an evening with Sarth Effrican plonk.
Mop'd around for a while, got kids occupied elsewhere for the day, then went into cellar to throw bits at bare C16R frame, bought from folk here some months ago. Had some beer then went to sleep.

Sunday - Father's Day :D Went out intending short morning bimble to test C16R, came home after 55 miler involving snapped chain and some walk/pushing on the worst boggy bits....... 8)

Snapped chain just after this photo - middle of bloomin' nowhere (Well it says Innseag na h-luraiche on the map  ). Fortunately had the necessary gear with me to fix it. Buzzards started hovering overhead around this point

Route - Taynuilt, Loch Etive, Glen Kinglass, Bridge of Orchy, Glen Orchy, Taynuilt. Few very minor tweaks to do and bar end caps to fit, oh and buy new chain

Top day out - finished wet, tired and hungry. Now, that P7.....

Well i love the country and i love the bike even more. C16Rs are so under rated. They are lovely nimble XC bikes and your looks lovely. I hope you enjoy her!

ooooooohhh, RC35's on the C16... I've got some Pace saved for a Clockwork project I have in mind but after seeing your pics might have to stick 'em on my C16. Lovely job by the way. :D
