buying stuff from ebay outside of the UK, i have questions!

Start selling to italy if you want an experience...their postal service is full of thieves. I know a lot of ebay sellers will just not send to italy and airsure insured postage doesn't cover italy it is that bad.


Package sent to finland gets there in 3 days, package sent same day to italy...61 days to arrive, by which time i had refunded and apologised.

I was just lucky to get an honest buyer who was genuinely apologetic when the first one arrived, but i know that a lot of times they just take it out on me assuming i haven't sent it...then go stumpf when it has arrived but by then i've repaid anyway.
