Nice job at the polishing. Who did it for you?

It was a local company, M&M finishing in Poole.
Really nice blokes. I wish I'd been able to collect the frame myself as they were looking forward to showing it to me themselves.
I'll be riding it down there for them to see, once it's finished

Re:

Great job there Mark. I like the clearcoat so that you can still see the welds. As for your rusty hand print, you would need to have salty hands....

Re:

The frame is currently with my mate, having the clear coat applied.
I've been busy collecting parts though.
I thought black Thomson finishing kit would suit the 'industrial' finish, so I've ordered some carbon bars, an X4 stem and seat clamp to match.
I already have a Thomson seatpost for it.
The Superstar narrow/wide chainring has arrived (I woosed out and went for 34t instead of 36t  ) and I'm now deciding if I should use the M970 cranks I have or buy some new ones.
I'm hoping to get the frame back this weekend. It'll then need the BB facing before I can start the build.
Excited :D

What cassette range are you planning on running?

Re:

11-38 Doug. I very rarely come off of my 36T big ring on the 2x10 set up with this cassette, so I think this should work a treat.
Hopefully we'll get to find out at 24/12 next week :D
