Build advice needed - Pace RC200 - NOW FINISHED

Finally building some of the frames I have lying around.

Building the Pace up as fast rigid/winter bike.

Build so far as follows:

Pace RC200 frame
Pace RC31 Ti forks
Hope headset
Pace stem
USE carbon bars (not retro I know but lovely and light!)
Magura HS33 20th anniversary brakes
Middleburn duo cranks
Random XT front mech
XTR rear mech
USE seatpost
Flite saddle
Hope XC/Mavic ceramic snowflake wheels

Need a bit of help with the USE seatpost. I've got the decal facing backwards (see pics) but this doesn't look right. However if I turn it facing forward I can't get the saddle level. Am I doing something wrong here?

Also, does anyone have any Pace fork canti mounts for RC31s?

What no Red alu nipples on your wheels

I remember someone posting the PACE have canti mounts on thier website.
Not sure if they are a universal clamping system though

You think there is too much red on the go on the bike then? Was wondering myself, particularly about the USE seatpost as its not the same red as the frame.

I was thinking the seatpost , personally a silver one to balance with the stem might go nice.

Let the frame be the centre piece as it loverly

USE 'posts and Pace frames don't get on very well - they are certainly not recommended. Maybe it's a good job that it's a different red (also a definite no-no!)

Your USE seatpost should have the sticker at the front, with the sticker at the back it is in effect on backwards. All the USE seatposts I have ever seen have all had the sticker at the front, the only mention I have ever come across of stickers at the back is on this site.

As for the 'don't use USE posts with Pace frames'... again another retrobike only theory. I know several Pace owners who run USE posts, myself included, no problems on any front as far as I know.
