Crikey, have just about produced a comprehensive list of what I want to do to the Funk if/when it eventually arrives. Clearly this will be the subject of constant fettling and heartache while I keep changing my mind.

Not including the Frame, or having it refinished, I reckon I will need to spend a minimum of £800 (ahem) to get it how I want it, and that is with no Ringle in sight!!!

What have I done? I am in soooo much trouble - at least I have 2 years to finish it before I emigrate - it will probably take that long!

It'll be £800* well spent. There's not much these days for that money that will make you go all gooey like this will.Has it arrived yet BTW

*hahahahahahahahhahahahahhahahahhahahahahhahahahahahahhahahah.

Was posted on Tuesday apparantly, take up to 2 weeks. Not excited at all (that is why I have a 3-page parts-option list with scrapbook pics nicked from Andy.l and Dr S!)

And the rest chap

Mine's cost me a LOT more than that...

I never ever add up what I spend on bikes its only going to scare me  :D I also avoid the little box on 'My ebay' which tells you how much you've spent in the last month

I suppose for me, this is a long-term thing. Used to have a sports car and sold that when kids came along, don't have anything particularly expensive as a hobby and don't have the opportunity to drink as much as I would like. Mrs SB always struggles to get me birthday presents too, so this kills 2 birds with one stone!

Presently selling a pen on the 'Bay that should make over £100 - let me think about that for a minute, hmmm, pen or Pace fork from JBD, hmmm.

Don't imagine there are too many Funks Down Under either, so should make it a bit interesting when I get there in a couple of years.
